Address search sends the entered address to Google Maps only when you select Find address. When connected routes are configured, only the coordinates needed for the itinerary legs are sent to Google Maps when you build or recalculate a plan.

The planner uses public-source information and estimates. It does not claim live hours, capacity, availability or a partner relationship.
